    About Rumba Dancing

Rumba is the slowest and most romantic of all Latin dances, often called the 'dance of love.' Originating from Cuban son and bolero, Rumba emphasizes sensual hip movement, emotional expression, and intimate partner connection. Danced to slow Latin ballads (100-108 BPM), it serves as the foundation for all other Latin dances and is popular for weddings, formal events, and ballroom competitions.
